Join us at the beautiful Sopers House for our signature Sound Sisters events — a deeply restorative space to rest, reset and reconnect through the healing power of sound.
Each session is an invitation to pause from the noise of everyday life and journey inward, guided by therapeutic sound, intention and heart-centred community.
🌍 Earth Sound Journeys
Grounded on the earth in the peaceful surroundings of Sopers House, these sessions combine crystal bowls, chimes, drums and vocals to guide you into a state of deep relaxation and energetic alignment. You’ll rest on mats with cushions and blankets, supported by the stillness of the space and the resonance of healing frequencies.
💧 Floating Sound Journeys
Held in the warm, tranquil waters of the pool, these events offer a truly unique and immersive experience. Float weightlessly with eyes closed as sound flows around and through you — creating a deeply meditative, womb-like atmosphere. Limited to small groups for an intimate and nurturing space.
Each event is held with love, presence and a strong sense of sisterhood. Whether you are new to sound healing or a returning guest, you are so welcome here.

I had the most wonderful evening. I physically felt the reiki working in the form of a blocked nose before starting and then suddenly during the treatment it became so blocked I had to breath through my mouth, then it disappeared. I didn’t realise this was reiki until afterwards when Olivia said she felt my 3rd eye blocked! This total made sense as I’ve been having work stress and overthinking everything. I’ve never felt reiki so powerful. The singing during the sound bath had me welling up. It was so beautiful.

I really valued the introduction to the session, where the background on sound healing was given, and throughout the sound bath I was truly transported on a journey through my body and senses by the array of sounds and vocalisations that Tasha and Olivia did. I attended the Aquarius moon floating sound bath. Having never done one before I before I wasn’t sure what to expect but I LOVED it.
